Genuinely horrible service and people. If I was able to give zero stars I would. These despicable people had no hot water. Then when they gave us a second room the second room had lukewarm water. So we were unable to get ready. Then they wanted to give us another room, this room on the second floor. WE HAVE MY GRANDMOTHER WHO IS THE ENTIRE REASON WE ASKED FOR A DISABILITY ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. What we gonna do in the case of an emergency and the elevators are out of order. How is she supposed to get down safely. Not to mention when we had this issue there was only one lady working who continues to claim she just started and had no one to call when we asked for a manger or general manager because of these issues. The price is right and the rooms are tastefully decorated and feel freshly updated. Fresh linens with soft pillows and bed. Nice high ceilings so you don't feel like you're in a stuffy hotel room. They offer adjoining rooms. Very nice upgrades including wireless chargers and comfy night's stay. Quiet location, close to many restaurants. Feels safe. Friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend..

Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes, hotel was listed as a quality inn. I arrived to a hotel named Spark with a quality inn banner draped over the sign. Hotel had foundation damage of some sort low spots in floor and bathroom door did not close. Only had 1 washcloth in the bathroom

Came here for work: if you’re not familiar sparks are usually refurbed old days inns or Hamptons. This one was just refurbed and for the price I can’t complain. They did a pretty good job. Clean rooms and beds. The doors to the rooms are def hard to close and you can hear everyone else in every other room but it’s a budget hotel so I can’t complain. Recommend staying here as of now. Hopefully ownership keeps it nice.

Location is great. Front desk guy was super nice and friendly. Room is very clean. I feel safe. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they hold $150 for incidentals. All the past Hiltons hold $25 to $50. Recommend.
