Pillow and Paddock Bed & Breakfast

This was our first B&B experience and we had an outstanding stay for our anniversary and Derby weekend. It’s a beautiful property and the owners are wonderful, warm and gracious hosts. It exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and the service and attention to detail were great. The house is cozy, and our room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. There’s also a wonderful “guest lounge”, that everyone has access to where you can help yourself (24/7) to coffee, drinks, snacks, games, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch by the gas fire-pit (with beautiful, comfortable seating) each evening, with lovely views of the pasture, creek, and sunset. Highly recommend staying at the Pillow and Paddock!

A wonderful inn…the inn keeper has thought of your every need. High quality all around with unique additions I have not experienced before in an inn. A bourbon bar with more than just bourbon, an amazing movie theater room with all the snacks you need! Not to mention the delicious food offerings and outside beauty including horses and even two entertaining pigs, Mr. Pig and Meatball! All this topped off with friendly hosts!

We had a positively wonderful time at the Pillow and Paddock. The house was impeccable and the breakfasts were incredible. Such variety and creativity. This is a must stay for anyone interested in exploring the area. It is in between Louisville and Lexington and is perfect for day trips to distilleries, horse farms or the cities! Look no further. I was reluctant to stay at a bed and breakfast, because sleeping in the same house with people I don't know didn't seem appealing. It's not like that, at all. You've got your own space, and many common areas. And it's the nicest place we've ever stayed. The amenities are out of this world. Now that we're spoiled, the next "hotel" we stay at will probably be disappointing in comparison. Oh yeah, there's an indoor theater, cool hidden rooms and you can feed the pigs scraps from dinner if you want. These folks go all out for you. We stayed in the apartment. The shower. It's huge.

Little "Slice of Heaven" down Louisville way! Lovely place to stay, with a divine 5-star dinner on special days, yummy breakfast each morning, and an owner, Michelle, who caters to your every need. Offers High Tea, Movie Theatre, and Horses on property, too~
