Unfortunately this place had gotten severely crowded. The sites used to be "spacious". We used to enjoy the waterfront sites, and comfort of our space. This place was our favoriteplace, and we would camp there very frequently. Now that the sites have been downsized and another camper literally right on top of yours, due to this issue, it has taken our interests away to camp there... (The Northern Peaks, Spacious Skies) to another campground that we enjoy greatly and we became a seasonal at our new found campground). Basically one site has been made up for 2 sites. Sadly, we have chosen to camp elsewhere, where there is space to relax, play a game.. cornhole, etc. and converse with family and friends without having unknown others invading our privacy. The last time we had camped here in 20

We stayed for 3 nights in site 23 with our camper and our two small dogs. When we arrived at 1pm, our site wasn’t ready. So they moved us to a different part of the campground (same hookups just closer to the beach). We were parked behind what appeared to be an abandoned camper. The smell that came from this camper was atrocious. That camper ended up being a seasonal. Our site kept losing power. A least 4-5 times within two days until I complained about it as well as the smelly seasonal behind us. All they did was apologize. Didn’t offer any assistance to help or possibly move us. The pool was disgusting. You couldn’t see the bottom, it was sooo cloudy and all I could feel at the bottom was sand. I would never recommend this campground.

We stayed the whole month of October for the Gas and Chill program and had such a great time! It was awesome being able to leave our camper and just come up on the weekends. Big shoutout to Eric and Becca — they’re doing an amazing job planning activities and running everything. They really make sure everyone’s having fun and things go smoothly. We had a blast and will definitely be back another time!

Highways on each side and a road on another side. If you tent camp, this is all you will hear. We got a site near the river and it was very under whelming. Pool was already closed for the season, but we didn't know until we got there. They must have staying issues, because they closed before hours. Another restroom and shower in the back part of the camp would be nice. The restrooms closest to the back are super tiny and you can literally rest your head on the door when you sit down. The showers are push button every 13 seconds and alternates from cool to cold water. I later learned showers near the office are a turn handle and warm. Camping sites are reasonably sized, but you are close to others. Lots of seasonal campers here. I really didn't like the fire pit. There's a lot of pine needl

If I could give zero stars I would. After staying at this campground the last decade my family will not be returning. Previous owners had so much more to offer for campers and were friendly. The current manager Lindsay is rude and laughs at people with disabilities. In trying to contact corporate to discuss my issues I waited many days before receiving a call back. When I was finally called back the “district manager” seemed to also lack any customer service skills or understanding also. This campground allows children to buy from their camp store, charge to random camp sites and doesn’t confirm with an adult. They also have rules that only apply to some and not to others. The biggest disappointment of all was the lack of activities planned for a holiday weekend. With the prices they are c
