Indicative of military lodging, the rooms are not the greatest, but they fulfill a need. The parking lot was very small and did not have a handicap parking option. It was very difficult to obtain a parking spot in the afternoon and if you left anywhere in the afternoon or evening for maybe dinner or something else. And you came back you most definitely had to park in an alternative parking lot across the street from the building. And for someone with Mobility concerns, this was very inconvenient. Also, the outdoor lighting lighting the walkways at night was almost non-existent, as well as the lighting near my room. It was dark and I would have to use the flashlight on my phone to navigate. Check in was good, I asked for 2 extra wash clothes due to the Christmas holiday and the clerk told us there would be not service, but there was 2 wash clothes in the room. But when we got to the room there wasn't even 2 wash clothes that they said would be there. The lady that found 2 wash clothes said they would not be getting any clean linens until next week. I had to go to the store to purchase some wash clothes to last until we checked out. Poor planning for the holiday season. The rest of the room was ok, for the age.

Appeared to be converted dorms, but it was clean and there was a living room bedroom and bath.. everything worked. Shower was hot and bed comfortable. Staff was great! Thanks Nikki for all your recommendations and information! And super close to the beach!

Room is freezing especially at night and you can't control it. Had to check out one day earlier than departure date.

Space A lodging......Way overpricedd for 80s vintage rooms🙁 Staff is fantastic however and the rooms have always been VERY clean. But iis WAY too expensive for what you get compared to the local area. Its sad that we no longer have this benefit at Patrick. I would recommend staying off base for less and having a better room even if on tdy orders. The nicer rooms are actually cheaper off base and well within the perdiem. even if you have to pay out of pocket a little its still worth it.
