1 towel, 1 screw on toilet seat, cracks spanning multiple walls full length, tile off, remote no batteries & no back (put batteries on but it didn't work the TV) dirty room most surfaces, no trash can, no mic or fridge, no phone, few tv channels, no lamps, poor, slow service, vending machine inoperable (but there was an uncapped used syringe in the opening where cans would come out). At least one room was closed by the city for health/safety... $75 weeknight seems high.

We rented a room on the second floor last week, and boy, let me tell you how awful it was. Firstly, the room was dirty upon opening the door. The bed was left messy, cigarettes and ash littered the counters and tables, along with a Gatorade bottle and other pieces of trash. The 2 outlets on the far side of the room did not work. Also, there are homeless people that walk the location that leaves signs and knives out on stairs. Lastly, Smiley (however you spell it) will give you only 1 key and then lie about why you can only have one. He will overcharge at every opportunity, knock on your door a million times, keep trying to get into the room if you have friends that are women over (especially if you are gone, then he will keep trying very hard to get in) and he is just plain rude. I booked 2 rooms for $725 a week! One was clean the other one was dirty but he told me that straight up which I respect! The rooms were a really good size and I’m glad I got them side by side! They had no problem giving me a new card when the one I had would malfunction and one of the rooms the heater didn’t work while the other didn’t have a television but I see they are doing construction and making the rooms nicer and better so I can’t complain because he’s trying to make it nicer! He’s a nice guy for sure! The restrooms were nice I loved the shower and tiles were gorgeous

No Hot Water!! Stayed a week every night off work cold showers and they don't know why. Rooms are ok size. Really small fridge can only fit 1 drink and a plate in it. TV channel come on fuzzy wifi sux couldn't use my laptop at all.. No room service. But manager is nice. And will refund your deposit if you leave the room clean.
