Lived there for 6 months, always paid rent on time, had a very dear friend visit me and manager called cops on him. They treat you like scumbags, and she disregarded my previous agreement I had with the manager before them, the laws and rights of renters were made for people like them who think they can treat people like animals, they don't clean the grounds and leave garbage everywhere , it's embarrassing. But we're the scumbags???? So if u want the cops called on u and your family or friends, then this is place to be. Ur better off with a real hotel or a real apartment , living with people who treat people like them is not worth the aggravation, they also will not return sec deposits, so beware.

BED BUGS DO NOT GO THERE. Janet Ivanhoe is the owner of this place as well as Rockin Ranch bar in Ormond Beach. She is a Horrible, Evil, Old con artist who scams good people. I bartended for her and she never paid me. Her bar is filthy and has had multiple complaints against it with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. There's bugs in the draft lines, broken coolers, sinks that don't work. A bar employee who stays at the hotel told me there's a severe bed bug problem. Don't give that witch a penny of your money.
