Top notch rooms. Bright, well lit, clean. Staffed seems to be always around. For you fishermen with boats, there is ample parking for your rig with electrical hookup and fresh water washdown. 12 minutes to the Leeville public ramps (which are really nice, safe ramps), 10 minutes to many restaurants, ethanol free fuel down the block, automotive repair shop 3 minutes away. Southern Breeze Lodge is the place to stay.

It was an incredible stay. Ms Penny was an incredible manager and her workers with their service towards their customers went beyond what we expected. It felt great to be treated great! The cabins and hotel rooms were extremely clean and up to date, and the grounds around the pond with the picnic tables and BBQ pits were enjoyed and appreciated. It has a convenient store in front of the lodge with a pizza restaurant and a bar. It's 20 minutes from Fourchon, 30 minutes to Elmer's Island & 40 minutes to Grand Island & it is the only hotel between Larose and Fourchon, & you won't be disappointed.

On a weekend trip with my family to Grand Isle and we ended up picking here to stay. I do NOT regret it! There are so many stores in the local area compared to Grand Isle. The room is super clean, smells so fresh, and has all of the amenities we need (we did not get one of the cabins, just a room). There’s spots to hang out outside and plenty of parking. There’s are some stray cats outside as well 💜 I love cats so much, and the ones I hung out with today were so sweet. Please be kind to these babies if you stay here 💜

Quiet, family-owned lodge. This was my second time staying here, and I always book when I’m in town to fish. The ladies who run it are very kind, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need for either a quick trip or an extended stay. Highly recommend.

We had a little mix up at check in but it all turn led out well. Our room was very clean, the staff has been so helpful. Will definitely be staying again
