Avary Oaks RV Park

We live here and absolutely love it here. The owners are great people and on the property is a dock you can fish from and nice yard all around. The laundry room is nice and it is free. The keep the property very nice. The price is very reasonable. Also they have a cute cabin they rent would be great for a single person or young couple with no kids. Internet water electricity laundry all included in rent. Also these are the first who didn't mind we had pets and didn't judge our dog until they got to know him. They are very open minded and very easy to work with. If you are looking for a place I would recommend this place very highly. It is the only place with yard and lots of it clean and has a dock good RV park for worker or family or both.

The female owner was rude and very snobby. Lots of leaks that went unfixed, a/c unit froze, trash was never removed, across from shipyard with lots of oversprays. Male owner is very nice and understanding. Do not move here.

It has lots of spaces with water,. 35 amp , 50 amp power available for your trailer. The owner is very cooperative and easy to work with.

Small town quiet rv park. $350.00 a month. Includes lot, wifi, free washateria, and a place for fishing.

I love it Mrs Rachel and Mr David are the most awesome sweetest people ever!! They help out with whatever they can.
