South Park Trailer Court

I am extremely dismayed and disgusted with the way this place is run. My father gave me a 5th wheel trailer so I could have a place in peace to recover from a medical condition that could have become life threatening while I'm on disability, and he himself works full time as well as has a pension. Yet when we applied here every time I would call the manager I would get told a different story, get told to do something else, or that I'd need to be called back, assuming I didn't just flat get a voicemail that went unanswered before I had to call back again. We got strung along for over a month before we could even apply and nevermind the 10 business day application processing period, then had to spend nearly $500 in title fees because of the manager giving us misinformation about how to set i

The park and it's people are very nice. It's a quiet place to live, and affordable. They are updating it's facilities and making it better for their community.

This park is not like the animated one on tv. It's pretty run down needs some trees and grass. They do keep it picked up and clean.

Checked it out for space nothing available it's a clean place
