Town Chalet Motel

Clean, tidy and beautiful rooms to stay.. our stay was very pleasant here. Very reasonable rates.. and they have free internet, cable tv, 24 room service, kitchenn in the rooms. Overall 10/10

Stayed here while I was in Longview doing a job. Looked at the other reviews. The only good review has pictures that could only be taken from the owners house area. I really dont think they let someone in their house to take pictures, but I could be wrong. I do construction and the kitchen sink was slow to drain, then it got plugged. Took off the pee trap and found two syringes and a bunch of small plastic bags. Super gross. I went to the office and made the owner(skinny indian guy) take them out. He didn't say sorry or anything. They are always trying to get a buck more for our money. Really rude wife. I told them I did not want their maid in my room when I was not here. The maid is alright but I don't trust the owners, so if no one comes in while I'm gone no one could get blamed if anyth

We had a very nice stay. The man at the front desk was kind, up front, welcoming and friendly! He was very professional and took care of all of our needs. He was gracious and cared about our needs. Our room, although not spotless, was definitely clean enough. The shower was nice, including water pressure and temperature. The refrigerator, air conditioner etc worked well. I did not think the hotel was expensive for what I got. And I stay in hotels often as I visit here frequently! Another really nice surprise was the other guests whom we met. We had some really nice conversations and enjoyed meeting and experiencing these people. Thank you Town Chalet! You made a difficult couple of days a lot better as we were in town for a family emergency. ♥️

OMG! First of all there was no phone, towels, remote, no amenities whatsoever, I know this motel is not even close to the level of a good motel but this is just beyond gross. Cockroaches🪳 blood and dirt on the walls all the corners of the baseboards are thick with dirt and gore then we move to the bathroom there is piss all over the toilet seat and bottom of toilet a plastic bag holding water wrapped around the shower nozzle filthy disgusting absolutely nasty in so many different ways I feel like there are things crawling on me I should be able to relax and feel safe and sanitary Wich we do not at all haven't even pulled back the blankets and I don't think I will this has to be the dirtiest motel room I've ever been in there are laws and codes a motel must follow and this room has not bee

Rooms are expensive but not unreasonable. The area is a bad area of Longview historically, but it's looking better these days. There's a new convenience store across the street. The circle is just up the road and the street itself is currently under construction, getting much needed renovations...
