South Cove Apartments

The staff at this place? They are AMAZING! They are all courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The tenants? They're something else. I constantly get harped on for singing and being "drunk and belligerent", except 2 things 1). I don't drink 2) When I DO sing, it's in broad DAYLIGHT, then constantly INSIST on shouting at the top of your lungs AND stomping around WAY past freaking 10. If you have a problem with my volume, COME TELL ME! Politely! Also, thanks to whoever washed a bunch of motor oiled clothes in the E building laundry, now the whole room smells of gas, AND all the clothes are coming out smelly and stained. Plus, there's about a dozen or so metal pins laying on the floor, and in dryers...seems mighty important. Pulled out about 10 of them out of my whites when I got the

Overall wonderful apartment complex/ extended stay. Been staying here for about 6 months and never had any real issues. Any problem that does arrive gets handle quickly. Considering the price and location (4 blocks away from Fremont) of this complex it’s a great deal for anyone who’s in the process of moving, visiting for a little bit, or just needs a new place to call home. The laundry rooms have many washers and dryers and they’re very affordable. The laundry rooms are secured with a coded door. The neighborhood isn’t the best but while on property I feel nothing but safe and looked out for by the 24/7 security, employees of this community, and the other residents. Everything is in walking distance too. There’s a grocery store a few blocks down, 7/11 yards away, and plenty of food spots

Amazing staff and rooms!! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy tho but they do try their hardest to try to protect the tenants. Price is amazing and contract is flexible. Highly recommend if you need a place for a budget until your situated if looking for even temporary or stay long term. Brandon and the lady in front are super respectful!!!

Front desk sales agent Brandon was very helpful showing us many apartments that we got to choose the perfect one that works for us. He was also very accommodating at going over the paperwork with us and explaining everything in detail greatly recommend this property as they have lots of different affordable units and on-site security Once again thank you guys for making our check-in smooth and welcoming

This place is a fantastic place for me. I live here for 8 months and is so nice. That stuff on the office, they are Really Friendly. They are two young lady's on the front office they are so Awesome. There names are Lisa Tand Mayfer. I'm Very happy here.
