The motel is very clean and the staff oh my goodness they are so very friendly and helpful and caring.

I called this motel today to see if I can get a room just for myself for a night or two, just to get away from a nagging spouse! The guy who answered the phone asked me “how many ppl” to which I said just me. He then said, it’s $110 per night, and I thought that wasn’t too bad. He then starts to rambling saying, “I’m not too sure, I’m not too sure” and slammed the phone on me. I thought he made a mistake so I called back and said to him, you hung up on me. He starts to rumble again, I said to him, can I do the reservation? He keeps saying, “I’m not too sure”, so I said, can I come in person to reserve and check in? Again he says “I’m not too sure”, and slammed hung the phone again. So you the readers be the judge, cause I can’t waste not one more second of my life trying to figure out what

Tried to cancel three days in advance because something came up.|There's a $141 FEE to cancel ... BUT THE ROOM WAS ONLY $130....which means they want to make all their their money even if you don't stay.|Meanwhile, the room was $200/night after all the taxes, so I have to get the refund or I lose another $60. An absolute scam.

Me and my family stayed here back in May, to our relief there was no bugs and the rooms were fairly clean except for a few stains on the curtains, bathroom curtains, ect. There were a few problems with one of our keycards in which we could not open the door but the manager was incredibly kind to me and my family and helped us open the door when we couldn’t. He also went above and beyond to make our stay here comfortable. The rooms had a tv with various channels, a shower, a fridge, a microwave, and two beds. So overall the rooms were mediocre but there was incredible room service and amazing management.
