Ishaan and Austin are just wonderful. Always a smile in their faces and so very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well stocked. Fresh coffee in the lobby is delicious every morning.

The hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious and pleasant. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Breakfast, which is included, could use a few more items. However, the dining room is clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The pool was the highlight for our grandchild!

So trying to book a room there and get the billing done through my corporate account the woman behind the counter multiple times told me that she can't direct bill my corporate account because she doesn't know how to and the general managers on vacation I asked her if she can call somebody and figure it out so I can get to use my corporate billing she told me I think you can go figure out how to do it and you tell me how to do it and I said I'm supposed to figure out how to do your job?? she said yeah when you figured out you call me back and hung the phone up on me. The worst customer service!!! I've ever seen in my life and called their corporate number and they told me that the escalation manager said there's nothing they can do because the general manager is on a holiday. fortunately

EZ check in EZ check out. Not in the most desirable of areas hence some of the other guests, but it was clean & for one night it was fine. No problems. This location does not have an elevator for 2nd floor units.OK for us but maybe not for others.Basic Days Inn.

My husband and I stayed here and we had a good experience. I would've rated it 5 stars but the woman at the front desk has a real attitude problem and she was always rude to me for no reason. The first day we stayed here, we went to the lobby for coffee and we both said hello and asked how things were going when we first saw the woman and all she did was look at us up and down with a stank look on her face and replies with an attitude "good" and walked away. Then later on that day I went to the lobby for coffee by myself and as soon as this woman sees me she gives me an attitude telling me that my husband spilled little drops of coffee on the floor and that we need to clean up after ourselves next time and to make sure I tell my husband that (my husband didn't even realize he dripped coffe
