We usually stay downtown and deal with a lot of hustle and bustle, but this place is a refreshing exception. It’s comfortable, relaxing, and spotless. The security feels reassuringly high-tech and attentive. The rooms are attractive, with a large TV and great channel selection not to mention good size fridge, stove, top microwave plenty of cabinet room and a nice size bathroom The front desk staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The sales associate clearly loves her job and goes above and beyond to assist guests, which the entire team mirrors. I wasn’t sure about staying here at first, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. Older property in need of refresh. Odors in hallways, elevators. Cleanliness could be improved in common areas but our room was clean. Great water pressure in shower. Staff is helpful. I would not likely stay there again however. I didn’t feel entirely safe coming and going due to location and nearby homeless situation. The A/C unit in room was extremely loud.

For being as close to the strip as it is, I'd expect better service and better accommodations for $200+ for the night we stayed here. Aside from being close to the strip, the location is actually kind of in a sketchy area. Rundown motels down the street, lots of homeless in the area, and just not appealing. When we arrived, we did check in early and already planned for the $30 fee to check in early. Fine, whatever. The way they charged for items was messed up. One charge was the early check-in and a refundable $50 deposit ($84 total after taxes). Then they charged the cost of the room. Checked my bank account day after we left and there was an additional charge of $94. Called to learn that it was because they didn't charge me the $10 for parking when charging my card for the early check-i

Booked this hotel at the last minute, and the price was quite reasonable for a stay near the Strip. While the hotel itself looks a bit dated, it’s clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room amenities, including an electric stove, microwave, and fridge, make it easy to prepare meals without having to go out. It actually feels more like an Airbnb or a serviced apartment rather than a typical hotel. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly choice!

The staff was the main concern. We arrived 30min before the check in time and they wanted to charge us $30 for an early check in fee, which is pretty absurd after charging us $250 per night. We also received zero communication about their fire alarm testing. The ear piercing fire alarms were going off. We evacuated and no one in the lobby said anything. Then we went back into the rooms, and the fire alarms were going off intermittently for 30min until we called the front desk, who said that they were testing the fire alarms for 2h. It's a dog friendly hotel, which is quite nice, but someone had left their dog in the hotel during the fire alarm testing because they didn't know that was going on.
