I never write bad reviews but it was so unprofessional I just have to. The second we were greeted they told us the room we booked and paid for wasn’t available so we were moved to two separate rooms. In both rooms circumstances they were both taken already which was sketchy that she gave us the keys to two occupied rooms so when we went down to get two other rooms we were somehow blamed because the front desk lady lacks any form of humility or any kind of accountability. Which made us worried that she was going to accidentally give strangers keys out to our rooms, and as 4 women is concerning. We tried to reach the general manager but it was the same front desk lady that answered who again was severely rude about us bringing up our concerns. Positive: The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. Negative: I don't recommend this hotel. The rooms had issues. The first room I was assigned to had a moldy smell and a broken intercom. The second room I got had a broken door lock. The third room had a funky smell and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned.

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The front desk team was outstanding — friendly, efficient, and attentive to any questions or needs I had. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

During my stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites in Fort Worth, I was greeted at the front desk by Shaniqua, and right away I knew I was in good hands. When I asked how she was doing, she responded with a huge smile and said, “I’m amazing!” — and honestly, that energy was contagious.||||She made the check-in process quick, easy, and pleasant, and her positive attitude really set the tone for my entire stay. Shaniqua is a true professional with a great spirit. She’s exactly the kind of person every hotel needs at the front desk. Thank you, Shaniqua!

Needs negative stars! Was booked here by my employers lodging company and did notice it’s not the best neighborhood but didn’t think it would be that bad! WRONG, night 6 my truck was attempted to be stolen from the middle of the main lot infront of the main entrance. Door handle ripped off the truck and dash/steering column destroyed! Radio gone as well as other belongings. Front desk worker said in the 2 years she’s been there absolutely nothing like this has ever happened. But when the police show up to do the report for attempted auto theft they tell me a different story of how they are always in the area for similar crimes! The property only has a camera looking at the entrance to the property and zero at the main parking lot! Not to mention how is it possible that the night clerk didn
