When I pulled up to this place I found out it was abandoned! I had a reservation on Expedia and everything. Finally got a hold of the owner and he could care less that we were stranded. I demanded my money back and he said go ask Expedia for it back. Why bother taking reservations and people's money when your business was closed ! Shame on you! Thank God best western was open 10 minutes away !

It's started off with loud noise because it's under construction. Could not ignore. End off with me sleeping in my car and all my belongings still in the room. My room key stop working and there is no one to make a new one until 9am. So from 9pm to 9am no one can assist with making a new key. I tell the lady at the front desk when someone is available at 9am she gave me a hard time and continues to tell me my cell phone and key must have touched each other. She wasn't empathetic to the situation at all. It's like they don't want customers to return again. I still want to speak with a manager that's never available

For $350 per night, you expect a lot more than to arrive and be told that the pool, restaurant, and bar have been closed until further notice. Why so expensive then? There was also a fireplace gas leak in the lobby lounge when we were visiting family, but hotel staff assured us that it had already been checked out. How about just shut the gas off so we don't smell it? It really stunk. The air conditioning in the lobby wasn't working and we were way over-heated. Our room had black mold on the veranda, and our neighbors told us they also had black mold on their porch as well. Our rooms had a dank smell, which is why we investigated. Our room had leftover food on the counter, only shower gel and conditioner, no shampoo in the bathroom and all the hand sanitizers kiosks were empty around the p

I booked this hotel for myself and my guests at my wedding this past weekend and the staff was AMAZING. Especially Asthanasia (I may be remembering that incorrectly) and Nick!! They were both so friendly and accommodating. My moms room smelt like smoke when we got there, we asked for a room switch and not only did my mom get a new room but it was an upgraded room with a balcony. They allowed all my wedding party guests to check in early by 2 hours, free of charge, and were very accommodating when I needed a family member to be switched to a handicap room. Visited this hotel just last week for one night. We were visiting for a birthday dinner and needed a hotel in the Randolph, MA area. The building itself was a bit older and the rooms were nothing too special but definitely very clean and just what we needed for our short stay. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker and nice little sofa area. The customer service was stellar as they permitted early check in to get out of the gloomy and chilly day. Overall enjoyable experience!
