Sonesta Essential Beaumont

Extremely nice property! Upgraded decor. Large TV, large Vanity in the bathroom, shower mat, several plug-ins throughout room plus fancy ambient lighting. Small but adequate hot breakfast. Great location. We have stayed in motels throughout the world over 500 times in the last five years. We’ve seen it all. We will definitely stay here again when passing through Beaumont Texas.

Positive: The air was nice and cold Negative: Didn’t have my reservation when I arrived so took 2 days to actually get checked in. They “lost” my ID. And breakfast was a terrible as it didn’t have much to choose from and the items in frig were warm.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Sonesta in Beaumont, TX! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept but what truly made my stay special was Ms. Nisha. Ms. Nisha is absolutely AMAZING. She is so professional, sweet, and genuinely cheerful. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her warm smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such kindness and grace. Sonesta is blessed to have her on their team! If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to experience her beautiful spirit too. I will definitely be back!

Nisha is a great front desk employee. Shes a gold star employee, she is extremely nice and friendly. I asked her a question about my payment and she answered it right there and then. Ive been to other hotels where they dont treat you like here. The hotel is overall renovated and clean, daily cleaned.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever in my life stayed in.You would have a better experience from a hotel with less stars. The breakfast was horrible. They barely offered anything for you to eat. You would get better eating out. It’s very noisy. It sounded like some was about to bust in my room over and over again. It woke me up out of my sleep. The customer service was ok it could have been better. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I’m checking out 4 days early because of this and I can’t get any of my money back and that’s ridiculous. But I can’t take it anymore so I have to go. Y’all have to do better for your customers as much as we pay.
