Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont, TX

Nice clean, spacious, & quiet room environment. Large screen TV with streaming services. Convenient travel location. Close to restaurants & movie theater. Nice decor. Excellent Breakfast with traditional & healthy food items available. 12:00 noon check-out!

Spent the night of October 16 here. Rooms were very clean. All employees were friendly. It was convenient to have a bar at the hotel, because it allowed us to have cocktails with our friends and not worry about driving back to rooms. Breakfast was not free, about $13 per person. It had a good selection and the quality was good. Rates were reasonable. Stay could not have been better.. If I were in the area I would not hesitate to stay here again

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn recently with friends while we were in Beaumont for a high school alumni gathering. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful during check-in. They greeted us every time we came in the front door, returning from an outing. The guest room was clean and comfy. The bright and airy lobby was a great spot to meet friends and hang. The included breakfast buffet was simple but really good. Our friendly breakfast waitress, Victoria, was especially cheerful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again!

This should be a nice hotel based on the name. It's not. The bed was rock hard, it's right along I10 and is unbelievably noisy all night long. After a mostly sleepless night, a much needed cup of coffee was not available, and the response was not service inspired, "it'll be a while".
