Tho hotel is very clean and has full kitchenette, fast internet and bid smart tv, also the hotel’s facilities include pool and small basketball court, breakfast is decent.

The staff was very nice and was able to let me early check in to the hotel. The only issues i had with this place was that the dryer was a bit old and didnt dry the clothes very well and the key card system was extremely dated. It took me multiple tries to unlock the door.

The front desk was very kind and accommodating. Our room was incredibly clean with soft comfortable towels and the breakfast area was well stocked and maintained during breakfast hours even until they closed it.

Totally got screwed over I made a reservation When I get to the establishment, they tell me their computers are down so they cannot admit me access to my room This was about 11 PM They told me the best course of action is to find another hotel for the night But the problem was, I had booked their hotel for three weeks After learning of this, they told me the best thing to do was to cancel that reservation And make another one for the next day So I did Now I’ve been waiting two weeks for a freaking refund of over $2300 Thanks a lot That was the most ridiculous and worst recommendation from any business I’ve ever dealt with I know that they knew that would tie that money up for at least two weeks Maybe I was not on top of it when I took this advice I thought the refund would be issued promp

I have had the opportunity to stay at the Fossil Creek location now for months. Krystall and the rest of the staff have made it a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here!!
