Finally have the time to make this review—on a business trip a few weeks ago with some friends. I wasn't expecting the diversity, I was with a partner from the islands and she was comforted to see her fellow islanders working there. Good conversation. The place itself can be updated but as informed they're doing renovations so I suppose 2026 will be better. Breakfast was good, service at the desk was good. If you're someone who is stuck in the traditional hotel mindset then certain things will be a bother. It's like a mini home so most services are self-serve but to my knowledge, the desk personnels will assist to their best ability. The lady who checked us out that Sunday *chef kiss* Oct 24-26. Vacation turned Deathtrap First off we started great. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. We noticed the loft suite is bigger than expected, and we were down a couple people due to plans changing, so we downgraded one of the rooms to a king and she was very accommodating and helpful. At first glance, great rooms after the excitement settled we noticed stains, water damage, a hole in the wall of the loft we left for the king, ( if I knew this trip was gonna be a disaster, I would have had more pictures), leftover food from previous stays, hair on the ceiling. I would like to note they were renovating during our stay, they were obviously not ready so I am not sure why they were allowing guests to stay. I visited here two weeks ago for business and wasn't sure what to expect due to the reviews, but it's an okay spot. It's very spacious, a bit rough around the edges. But what saves them is the warmth of the workers, especially when you're seeking help, which is very helpful. Not to single anyone out but Neisha is a gem, so genuinely caring and good conversation. She’ll listen to you with any problem and try to fix it like seriously I had a personal matter and she didn't have to assist and went above and beyond

I’ve been putting off writing this review in hopes that maybe the manager (after multiple attempts to reach them) would finally get back to me. The assistant manager even told me late last month that the manager would call me back. Hotels.com also tried reaching out to get me a refund and it was denied. We checked in on December 6, 2025 and checked out December 7, 2025. After multiple calls and being told that management would call me back, I’ve decided to write this review with the intentions of warning other people not to stay here & honestly with the hopes of finally receiving a refund. Positive: The FREE breakfast. Negative: It was Dirty. There were uncleaned plates from the previous occupants. There was dead flys and bugs in the the windows and drawers. Also near the garbage was dirty splattered walls and floor. We have loads of pictures to prove all of this.
