Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Williston

This was a disappointing Courtyard for the price I paid. I found an overwhelming aroma of air freshener throughout the hotel and the room. I don’t usually complain about something like this but it was extremely strong. Checkin consisted of a very mute conversation with an employee with an earbud in. When I glanced over at the restaurant I saw it all dark and when asked was just told it’s closed without explanation. Assuming staffing problems, which is understandable. The room wasn’t very clean, I have wipes for various issues I encounter and needed to use it on the desk and end table due to evidence from previous guests. The bathroom had hair and debris throughout it. And again, that air freshener odor. The room is old and run down with cheaply done renovations over the years. Wh

Was in town for a Wedding. The Hotel staff and Maids were excellent and very helpful. Jovon(sp) at the front desk, Heidi and Tayha in Maid service were great.

Jovon at the front desk was an absolute joy. He was friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, all while being a one man, hold down the fort by himself, employee. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. A wonderful stay.

Visiting Grand Isle and flying out of BTV, I used 41,000 Marriott points to cover lodging (including taxes) for one weekend night in late May 2025, staying at the Courtyard by Marriott at Burlington Williston 177 Hurricane Lane Williston, Vermont 05495 USA. The reservation could have been canceled at no charge two days before my arrival.||I was greeted as a Silver Elite, and understood that with that status I was entitled to free wi-fi. A feature I am increasingly pleased with is the ability to access my Netflix account – easily accomplished here. The room may or may not have been an upgrade – I found it to be well-suited for business travel. It had ample desk space and lighting, had multiple USB ports and electric outlets, and the bed was firm and comfortable. ||The entire room was spotle

I was part of a group visiting Burlington, and we collectively had a wonderful experience here. The rooms were clean and the location was where we needed to be. Additionally, Jovon went over and beyond for our group to make us feel welcomed. When visiting in the future, I will stay here again.
