Soco Tower

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Dirty rooms, dirty halls with piss stains everywhere. It stinks. The beds were rocks and screwed up my back. The shower had NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL. Dirty. Did I mention how dirty this place is? I wore socks all the time because the floors were so gross and I threw out the socks because they were completely stained on the bottom - and that's just from in our room. And WHY ARE THE PET ROOMS SMOKING ROOMS?? Now everything we took there stinks of cigarettes. There shouldn't even be smoking rooms if the windows don't open! Just gross, mismanaged, stinky, outdated, and disgusting. We will never come back. Edited to say: We were booked for two nights and left after one because of how bad it was.

It was such a fun experience. The views from up there are breathtaking, well worth it for 1 dollar. Be prepared for a few stairs.

I stayed here for four days, with exceptionally fantastic customer service. I had my dogs, and they gave us goodies bag before we showed up outside the door it was very thoughtful. The location was good, and the room was nice and spacious and very clean. The water pressure was actually hot. A lot of places in Piegon Forge the water is blah. Very busy at times. Very friendly staff and was checked in rather quickly and easily, with no issues. Parking is a breeze, and you can get to just about anything from skywalk. Multiple levels. I have stayed here numerous times, and it's always 5 stars service. If I had a drawback at times, the elevators get very congested, and you have to wait to get on one. But pet friendly is always a plus! They fees aren't bad at all.

A nice place smelled a little of smoke. But it was the smoking tower. The room was big with lots of space for relaxing. The tub with the jets helped as well. Definitely a nice place to unwind after all the gambling and walking. The view is lovely to go to bed and wake up to.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Especially since we could bring our 2 small Shih tzus with us. We both loved that it was dog friendly. We also loved the complimentary dog bowels and tray. The room is clean and nice, although it could use a little work on some small things. The walk from the parking garage to the check-in and to the tower is long despite the elevators. So be warned and ready. But otherwise, it's a great pet friendly place to stay. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.
