All-around exceptional. Property is very well maintained and beautiful. Unit we stayed in (3rd floor) is extremely well appointed, exceptionally clean, and near perfect. With the exception of the building lights (incredibly bright) on patios and verandas being left on all night long with no real blackout shades or window coverings. Premium location - short walk to 5th and 3rd streets, restaurants, beach. We truly loved staying at SOCE and will certainly be back.
Brand new condoTEL a couple blocks off 5th Avenue and about 8 easy blocks to the beach. Unit we stayed in was immaculate ( booked through The Holiday Life group) Amenities area was not completed when we were there in August 2021, however it looks like it will be super nice with grilling station and huge jacuzzi. Much quieter than other hotels we've stayed at in Naples area.
Simple, clean and convenient and close to 5th avenue. Nicely built
