Snow Tubing

You have to stand up when coming back up on a conveyor belt. Come when colder so the hills arent so slushie. Everyone was great! Crowded, so use the overflow lot and take the old school busses. Still had lots of fun for 90 minutes!! 4 stars bc of slush.

I visited on December 24, 2026, and there was no natural snow on that day. I arrived for snow tubing without booking tickets in advance and was not allowed to enter, as tickets are only sold online. I recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to avoid this situation. During my visit, there was no natural snow. However, they were using snow-making machines to maintain the tubing lanes, so tubing activities were still operating. One issue I experienced was with the staff instructions. The instructor spoke very loudly and in a manner that felt more like scolding than guiding, both during the initial briefing and when some guests did not follow the instructions correctly. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this snow tubing. It was the worst tubing experience we've ever had😡. Initially, it's difficult for first-time visitors to find the office because the signs are only located near the offices themselves. +8°C, practically NO snow, and is loose😡! The snow-maker cannons aren't working. It's impossible to ride. People can't even get a quarter of the way down the line; they have to drag the tubes the rest of the way. This is WASTED money that I can't get back. For $40 and more... per person (which I consider expensive for the service we received), please provide slopes that are actually fun😭...

Tubing was fun but really geared to younger kids. Only one relatively small hill for tubing. Well kept facilities and friendly staff. Prepare for it to take much longer than expected due to traffic, parking, and bussing.

The website is a pain. There are ACTUAL time slots but the website will lead you to the wrong tickets. When asked THEY KNOW. If you don't get in when it starts, you get shorted your time. Price displayed says $58 but that's only kids. When you open it, adults are $72 each!! So using a discount we purchased on line. At the kiosk we scanned the bar code but the kiosk kept saying no reservation found so you HAVE to wait in the long line which makes you miss the start!! Utter BS. The lanes were slow, narrow, and mud was showing thru. Never coming back, sticking with Hawks Nest.
