Smokey Water Campground

We were full-time RV for 3 years at Smokey Water Campground. The owners are top notch people, and have done so much in the campground since the farm field when we 1st saw it. They provide a ton of amenities and their get togethers at the Pavillion are always a ton of fun 🧡🧡 Even though we have left and are back in a house, we have life long friends we met there!!

Nice, new campground. Gravel pads with plenty of yard space. Beautiful views. These are long term. The owner is building and renting cabins as well. He says he will begin adding a swimming pool and laundry soon. Pets allowed. Storage rental space available for boats and such as well.

Visited friends there and I am probably going to put my RV there they have a wonderful swim area and very friendly kid atmosphere. And the campground is extremely clean period and quiet

Not big rig friendly (45’ fifth wheel), turns less than 90 degrees, back on an angle, power poles/signs close to the roads at the corners. Sites very unlevel, we had an 8 inch difference side to side, was able to move to a 5 inch difference, then sewer drain was greater than 30ft from the drain on the RV. Dogs allowed to wander the grounds all hours of the day/night barking. Sewer drain does not have the screw top on it, requires the rubber stopper type. Owners not on site during winter months, does not accept credit cards.

Very clean. Everyone is very polite. Always have something exciting going on at holidays, band, cookout, inflatables for kids. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean campground.
