A fantastic community! Minutes from Cherokee Lake and the dam with breathtaking views right outside your door ❤️ Gated community, large dog park, beautiful bath house and laundry room! The camp hosts are super friendly and attentive. The owners truly care about this place they’ve created and you feel it!

Just signed another long term lease here. Quiet newer rv campground with awesome views of Cherokee Lake. Nice clean clubhouse with laundry and multiple bathrooms. My son likes the saltwater pool and basketball/pickleball court. It's almost like three campgrounds in one due to its elevation and size from front to back. It's gated and has street light throughout which I appreciate. It's only a couple years old if that so there's room to grow and if any issue arises the owners are quick to handle it even on a weekend or holiday. My wife and I are both veterans and it's nice to know we have many other vets throughout the campground as well.

We have been here for a 1 1/2 years as full timers. We have found our HAPPY PLACE!! Right out our door you have beautiful views of rolling hills and the morning sunrises are awesome. The amenities include a salt water pool. (Really a nice size) Washers and dryers and restrooms (really clean). The hosts of the campground are friendly and courteous and on site. If any problem does arise they are quick to respond and rectify. We also like how close we are to Cherokee dam and shopping and dining.

Cherokee Farms Campground is truly a gem in Knoxville! From the moment we inquired about availability, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The customer service is absolutely outstanding—every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. Their friendliness and compassion really set this place apart, creating such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The grounds themselves are beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. You can tell they put so much thought and heart into maintaining not just the campground, but also the overall experience for their guests. Our thoughts about Cherokee Farms Campground are all positive. The owners are friendly and accessible, and definitely care about the campground and its residents. They have devoted countless hours and resources to create and maintain safe, beautiful, and well-maintained facilities. The management guidelines and lease cost are reasonable and ensure a quality clientele and environment are maintained over the long term. The campground area is quiet, yet positioned conveniently near Jefferson City shopping, medical care, and restaurants. We especially appreciate the lot size and spacing, as well as the laundry, restrooms, and pool in the community clubhouse.
