Smokey Point Motor Inn

Wouldn't stay here folks. Front desk gal Xeroxed ( copied) my drivers license and credit card.Who does that? I drive truck all over the country and never have I seen that. Any one could get a hold of those and have a great time shoping at your expense while your asleep. No point in explaining to her why I left with MY copies in hand. Dosnt speak a bit of English. Very dirty and cluttered lobby. Bait and switch sorta place.

It was a pleasant room, clean & quiet. My bed was very comfortable, good AC. The internet connection was strong & pretty fast.

Front desk was extremely professional and welcoming check in was easy and fast, rooms were VERY clean and big some people complained they weren't updated that I can live without for a cheaper price, space, cleanliness, security, location, good movie tv selections and easy check in thank you highly recommend. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance

So I looked on Google maps and it said $77 but they charged me $100 when I got here and it was a weeknight. The place is okay I guess if it's the last minute thing but I definitely wouldn't say it's five stars.
