Amazing staff. Super helpful. Such a warm welcome To the community!! I recommend this facility to anyone for part time and yearly visit. Also have a great view of the mountains/pretty views from where I’m parked! Not far from anything that I need. 100%. Stay here

I just have to share how incredible Karen and her crew are at this RV park. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the warmth, kindness, and genuine care they bring to their work. Karen goes above and beyond in a way you don't often see--she's attentive, proactive, and always willing to lend a hand, no matter how big or small the need. What really stands out is how she treats everyone with respect and sincerity. She makes you feel more like family than a guest, and her crew reflects that same level of dedication and heart. Whether it's keeping the grounds spotless, helping with questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly, they all go the extra mile without hesitation. Karen's leadership, positivity, and love for what she does shows in every detail of this

I absolutely love this RV Park! Close to everything in Arlington and the surrounding areas, easy back roads to get to Everett/Snohomish if the freeway is busy and the property manager, Karen, is super kind and keeps the park in top notch order! She makes sure that everything is kept clean, organized and her staff is top notch too. I stayed there for almost 16 months while working short term for a company before moving on and I never had any issues with safety or neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other and many long term RV guests, I would see just down the street at Buzz Inn Steak House, which allowed me to get to know people around the park that weren’t right next to me. I couldn’t say enough nice things about Karen, her crew and the park in general, I strongly suggest Emerald Spring

I have stayed here twice. First time for 6 months and this time 2 years. Karen and the rest of the staff have always been super helpful and attentive. The park is kept clean and I haven’t had any safety concerns. Laundry rooms are convenient. People are nice, always someone to lend a helping hand when needed. The park is quiet and comfortable.

I truly recommend this RV park for many reasons. They are organized, clean, the parking spots are not tight, they plant many trees in between the spots, giving more privacy. They have a great open space for dogs, and Karen the manager makes everything easier, being objective, communicative and efficient in her duties.
