Small Town Trail Lodging's "Abb's Inn"

Room was clean and had what we needed for the week. Great location close to food, gas and the car wash. Good parking for a truck and trailer. Great place for trail riders to stay.

We booked 3 nights at Abb's Inn but ended up leaving a day early for personal reasons. Everyone was friendly, but the room we stayed in was not very clean. Some of the towels had stains on them and parts of the floors and walls had dirt. Given the nature of this area, it was understandable that the furniture and appliances were not in tip-top shape, but there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness, especially in a time of pandemic. Everything worked fine in the room and it was comfortable, but the furnace/air conditioner was very loud and rattled. There was no curtain on the window. Also, the walls are VERY thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us as well as any movement or footsteps from the room above us.

Room is mostly clean and well equipped with necessities. For coming for trail rides, it's probably great. However the bed and pillows are awful and there is no comfortable place in the room to sit. Not conducive to work, and I need to work while here. Since I'm in town for funerals, I'm spending a lot of time in an uncomfortable room. Photo of the only place in the room to sit for reference. The pillows are flat and the floor is probably softer than this mattress.

This place is amazing. It's close to Mountaintop Adventures and the room was clean and well stocked. The shower was the best part...full water pressure and HOT. Couldn't recommend more.

Stayed here for about 4 months straight, checking in on Monday and out on Friday throughout one winter while working in the area. We usually rented at least four if not all five rooms while there and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were always clean when we arrived and the beds were great. Had a grill and fire pit out back to relax and hang out by and just made having to be away from home a lot easier. However, it was with the previous owners, it doesn’t seem much has changed and I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!
