Slopeside Manor by Pinnacle Lodging

We had a fantastic stay at this colossal ski house. The location was perfect—just steps from the slopes—and the views were incredible. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including multiple fireplaces and plenty of space to relax after a day on the mountain. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back!

This is truly a story of the good, the bad, and the ugly! First, the good: Absolutely beautiful home!!! Great location, great amenities. If you need ANYTHING contact Britany at Breck and Call. She arranged our chef (Ben) who was a rock star!!!! The bad: My wife forgot to pack one drawer of clothes. The management company (Pinnacle) could not have been less helpful. The Ugly: Pinnacle (the management company) was not only worthless in assisting us, they were rude and condescending. Beyond not helping, they were an obstacle to us even contacting the cleaning service to help recover my wife’s belongings. Long story short, somebody now has her stuff and Pinnacle helped them take it. Pinnacle was so horrible that despite the fact that this was an AMAZING rental property, I would never ag
