Sleeping Ute RV Park

We stayed here around two weeks and it was super quiet and a really nice stay. They are very affordable and Everyone was nice. We were able to shower and do laundry. It was really nice and we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the RV Park. Our truck broke down on the way to Monument Valley. Tina at the front desk was kind and flexible with us, making sure we had a week long reservation in case we needed more time to get the truck fixed.Overall, the staff was friendly. The park has a pool, sauna, and hot tub to enjoy. The park is clean, quiet and security did their rounds often.

The UTE RV Park is very clean and beautiful grounds. Nice to walk to casino and have a buffet dinner. I am giving the RV park 3 stars because there was an issue with their 30 amp electric outlet. The next morning when we unplugged their outlet melted our 3 prong plug. This has never happened in an RV Park. We had to pay $200 for a mobile service to come out and fix it. We our now using our surge protector so please bring one to Ute RV Park. We did notice RV Park employees looking at the other sites electrical when we were there so there was an issue. I did call the lady at the desk after we left to tell her about spot 18 the electric was too hot. Please be aware of this issue reason we did not stay there on our way back.

We stayed here 14 days to relax and visit all of the surrounding ancient ruins and hike the many trails. There is lots to do if you are an outdoor person. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Sites and interior roads are gravel. All of our full hook-up utilities were excellent. The spacing was good between sites. We enjoyed our stay here and had great dining in Cortez.

We found this hidden gem and it worked out great! Clean restrooms and showers, nice spot to bunk down for the night. We walked over to the casino for a buffet dinner at Kuchus - prime rib and crab legs for $30 - delicious!
