Sleeping Bear Inn

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Inn. We have stayed multiple times and it's truly a gem in the community. So close to the dunes and the lake is right there! Delicious food. The inn keepers Maggie and Jeff are incredibly gracious and wonderful hosts. Very knowledgeable about the area and a very cool story about how they started the Inn. I highly recommend this inn!!

If you are looking for a bed and breakfast look no further. This place is exceptional. The home is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the food is outstanding, and there are not better hosts out there. The location is close to so many outdoor activities and really the best Michigan has to offer.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. The Inn is on a gorgeous, quiet beach close to countless outdoor and historic activities. The accommodations are beautiful, with many thoughtfully curated details. The breakfasts were as good as any 5-star restaurant anywhere. Lastly, the innkeepers are delightful and happy to help with area tips. Thank you Maggie and Jeff!

We cannot say enough good about this place. Everything we expected and more. The location is perfect. In the middle of Sleeping Bear Dune National Lake Shore. Across the street from a nice beach. The Inn, newly renovated, is beautifully decorated. The Inn keepers/owners were great. They helped make our 30th anniversary something special and something we will never forget. The breakfasts served were awesome. Highly recommend!!

To celebrate our anniversary my husband and I spent two nights at the historic Sleeping Bear Inn, a lovely and pleasantly restored B&B in Glen Haven, Mi. Jeff and Maggie, the proprietors, could not have been more welcoming and made sure all their guests were comfortable. The breakfast both mornings was served hot to each guest and was prepared using local ingredients by Maggie and promptly served by Jeff. Both meals were absolutely delicious. The beach was only steps away and the view can be enjoyed from the dining room windows. Our room “Daydream” had lovely views and a sauna! This quiet setting was a great base for trips to Sleeping Bear dunes, Pyramid Point, Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, Leland, Empire Bluff Northport, Frankfort, and Point Betsy Lighthouse, all of which we visited i
