We were happy with our stay here. We had zero issues. The exterior is lovely that fits perfectly with Glen Arbor, a quaint small town in a beautiful location. Recently remodeled, the room itself was clean; had DirectTV; carpeted floors that felt pretty new; coffee pot, small fridge and microwave. The bathroom is still a bit dated (our room anyway), with a step in tub and a low toilet (it felt like grade school, lol) which can be a challenge for older people. We recommend this place, and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Spectacular location. Stayed in the summer and winter and two different experiences. However, always great response and nice staff. Ice machine out in the winter but all else is what you would expect. Will definitely be back.
This is a nicely kept little motor inn that is walking distance to the Glen Arbor shops, restaurants, etc. and close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and nearby towns, such as Leland and Suttons Bay. It's also close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail, which we enjoyed. The room has a small fridge and microwave and is clean and it's quiet at night. Some upgrades would be good, such as nicer sheets - theirs are a bit scratchy, and the price is pretty high for value - $263 a night when we were there. This is an expensive area in the summer, however. Still, it seems like they could at least provide breakfast for such an expensive room. They only left us enough coffee for a one day stay when we were there for three days, but when I asked for additional coffee, they delivered it to our room right
We absolutely loved our most recent stay at M-22 Inn. We've been going there for several years and couldn't be happier with the rooms, location and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time staying in the apartment with our friends and are planning on doing the same next year. Perfect for us !
Let's address these people like Robert Blanchard, that complain about the up north environment. First- roaches- buddy you are surrounded by trees and animals and great views of the up north living. Those are wood roaches because of all the trees around the area. Second- the water- here some general education. Up north doesn't have city water and sewer drains, so that means we all have wells and septic tanks. Which means our water comes from the ground and doesn't have all those extra chemicals, that the city allows in your city water. Some wells can smells like iron, but doesn't contain iron to harm people, nor make people sick. All commercial businesses in Leelanau County has to summit a water sample of their establishment quarterly all year. (Which means every 3 months.) Now for the Thir
