Sleep Inn Waukee-West Des Moines

The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My daughter said there was some trouble getting into the pool area and the water was cold. We thought it was heated. The desk attendant was able to help them get in.

We stayed here 1 night in a double queen room. I was with my 3 daughters and were scheduled to see a concert at Vibrant Music Hall. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel is literally right across the street, walking distance! Very safe area. We were granted early check in so we had time to use the indoor pool before dinner time. It was small but perfect, there was no one else there, on a Saturday! The room was clean and had a view of a farm field with a beautiful sunset. Free breakfast was perfect before our 3 hr drive home the next morning. Thank you! We will be back.

We stayed on the suites sides, and it was so spacious. The bathroom was a nice size. Lots of counter space to spread out our stuff. And loved having the full size frig and kitchenette. Perfect size for a family to stay. I will definitely be looking for this brand hotel when traveling in the future.

We were very pleased with the service and with how clean everything was. We stopped while traveling without a reservation and had no problem securing a room. Breakfast had many choices and the service was attentive. I typically do not do surveys or give feedback, however the service that your Sleep Inn provided was outstanding.

Genuinely my favorite road trip hotel. Stayed at for the first time last year and made sure to stay again! Staff is wonderful, everything is clean, breakfast is great, and beds are comfy.
