Sleep Inn & Suites Waller

I was nervous because I saw other reviews talking about the bill. I didn’t have that issue and the $25 incidental that was authorized was reversed on my credit card the day after I checked out. We didn’t have issues during our stay, the hotel room was lovely, breakfast was decent, and the staff members we came in contact with were both polite and helpful. I didn’t think to ask their names but one was overnight, a dark haired girl, and one was during the day, a blonde. We really enjoyed how quiet it was.

I'm a Diamond member and stay at choice motels 100 times a year. I've stayed at this Sleep Inn several times. They charged a deposit for my room and then when I checked out they could not provide a receipt that showed what they did. I will not ever stay here again and will let my network of Pilot Cars. Know how shady they are. I made the reservation on the choice app and didn't inform me about the deposit. If I would have known I wouldn't have stayed. Also I wasn't able to cancel my reservation. Really a bad way to do business!! You lost this customer and I'm sure many,many more when I spread this on the Facebook groups.

Well, considering this place is CLOSED BUT STILL HANDED OUT ROOMS... Me and my fiance drove over 4 hours for an event and now the place isn't even open for us to sleep. We have to search for a new hotel at MIDNIGHT...We found out about their mold problem and closure from another hotel near by. Non refundable huh? We will be getting our money back.

Be careful!!!! I stayed at this location 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. When I checked in they charge me my rate I got when I booked online plus a $25 holding charge if anything would happen to the room. I authorize it and when I checked out 3 or so days later they gave me my $25 back. Well Today I checked my bank account and I got another charge on my account for $258.75. I called the hotel to see what the charge was for and the young lady told me that the room smelled like weed. I told her nobody was smoking in the room and she told me she know but the housekeeper said it smelled like it when we left so they can’t nothing about it. She never even apologized to me nor offered me a refund for the mishap. I will not be back and I will not recommend this hotel.

Be careful watch your BILL!. I checked into 2 rooms and was originally charged for room and security at once the next day I got another security charge on both rooms. Each person tried to explain it was the bank but it wasn’t. I used two different cards and then same thing happen to my family’s 3rd room, then other ppl were complaining as well. I got back one of my deposits on my rooms they still owe me the extra charge on both. The Assistant Manager she is very smart mouthed and talks down to you as if you’re unfamiliar with how hotels work. I’m very familiar and know this hotel will slide in an extra security hold hoping you don’t catch it.
