Comfort Inn & Suites Waller

The room was immaculate. The check in/check out process was simple. The price was reasonable. My only complaint is out of your control. The people in the room above me were stomping their feet at 7 am until after 10.

Reported structural damage. Floor in room 201 over lobby was unlevel, walls had cracks, bathroom metal door frame was popping apart and door wouldn't close. Bathroom tile was cracking with stress. One side to another had up to 1/2" tilt. Could place a round object on one side of room and it would roll to the other on its on. Front desk clerk said 2 wk's ago had same complaint. Manager was told. Was moved to room 106 on other side of building and it had flooded at some point, smelled like mildew and had black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Greasy headboards. Desk in room was swollen, faded and cracked from water damage. Noticed a stress foundation crack from the Lobby door all the way to the other side of covered awning which was in same location as the room above with leaning issues.

The 4th floor hallway and my room had a strong urine smell. Reported to manager and was offered Febreeze to spray in the room. Said the hotel was full and could not change my room. They did not offered a refund so I could go somewhere else, I had already paid over $400 to stay with them. Management gave no remedy for the situation. Oh and the free guest wifi did not work, would not connect at all during my stay. Will not recommend or stay there again. Thank you for the response. The location was perfect, we were attending Prarie View graduation. The outside was nice. The price was affordable, but that's not always a good thing. When I walked in there was a musty odor, which was a turn off. The lady at the front desk was really nice and outgoing. When we walked in our room we were greeted by a roach on the side of the bed. My husband killed it. I felt disgusted after that. I felt on guard for the rest of the night. I am the person that pulls the bedding back and check the sheets, bring my own clorox wipes. The rest of the room was cleaned decent enough. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. It was one night that I had to get through. We rented several rooms for a team competition. The front desk seemed indifferent when I asked for a wake-up call for all the rooms. My fear that they weren’t actually going to give us the wake-up call was confirmed and I had to wake them all up personally. Had to move out of 1 non-smoking room that smelled heavily of smoke to a smaller room. One of the floors smelled possibly of urine. There wasn’t enough breakfast for our team.
