Sleep Inn & Suites

I used to stay at this hotel alot before this time. This was the last time I stay at this Sleep Inn. The front electric automatic door barely opens. We stayed in room # 105 with the whirlpool. The whirlpool overflow cover was broken off. The spout for the water was loose, it took forever to fill the whirlpool due to lack of pressure so I just gave up. The tile around the whirlpool was broke. In the bathroom, the tub drain stop was totally missing. The carpet could use replacing. The tv remote battery cover was broken and kept falling off. The heater was blowing cold air, so on our way out to dinner, I told the front desk guy, he said he would go in the room and check in about 20 minutes. So when we got back from dinner after about 2 hours, he said he just went in a

Hotel was neat,clean location to tourist sites. Staff was very friendly. Just over all a very nice place to stay. I breakfast choice's could use a little improvement but wasn't to bad. My wife and myself enjoyed our stay,and would recommend this place to other people that want to visit that area.

Hotel is clearly in need of updates, repairs. Room 106 had a broken sink; literally the porcelain had a hole alongside the drain big enough to easily lose an earring or ring! The tub was old and even though was probably clean, was aged, yellowed and VERY slippery. The lighting was poor, especially in bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best with just okay coffee and sour tasting waffle batter. We had stayed last year (in a different room) which seemed better so we booked again this year but was disappointed and will not return.

The Sleep Inn was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was a plus and included in the price. It had a variety of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels and fruit. Coffee 24 hours a day. The room was well stocked with enough towels, comfortable and clean sheets and bed. Has a hair dryer in the room and shampoo and conditioner in the shower stall a plus. Staff was excellent led by the manager, Rich and his crew of Sam and A.J. were very accommodating. Highly recommend if you are in the area of Lancaster, PA.

The rooms were okay and the bed was not very comfortable. Think they need a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Did like how the bed sheets and top blanket was white so you could see if they were dirty, stained or clean. The people at the front desk were very nice and polite.
