Sleep Inn & Suites near Joint Base Andrews-Washington Area

My experience at this location has been absolutely AMAZING. The staff at this location are very helpful with any concerns you have may have, especially the management I believe her name is Ms. Lisa she is so sweet. Ms. Lisa went above and beyond for any concerns that I may have which were very minor such as information about what’s around the area (malls, restaurants, etc) since I’m not a local. Housekeeping does a wonderful job at making sure your room is clean, comfortable, and ready for you while you are visiting. I believe they just recently remodeled the hotel so everything is up to date. One thing I absolutely love is this is a NO SMOKING HOTEL AND THEY ABSOLUTELY HOLD THAT TO A STANDARD THIS HOTEL SMELLS NOTHING LIKE SMOKE NO BURN STAINS IN THE SHEETS NON OF THAT!!! I stayed here for a wrestling event and loved it. The parking is a little small but the hotel is great. Room was clean and had no problem checking in after ordering my room online with booking.com. I will definitely stay here if im in the area. I didnt eat the breakfast cause I dont really eat breakfast but man did it smell good. Staff is very nice and friendly.

I speak for my company when I say, this Hotel exceeds the standards in hospitality. Unfortunately I feel too many have fallen to customer service. I understand the notion and what it means but “hospitality”…….to be hospitable to another person or company stands above all. This staff truly tends to the needs of us and does so professionally and respectfully.

Positive: It was very clean and their shower put out a huge amount of water. Negative: The location is definitely off the beaten path. The breakfast buffet was pretty bad.

It was ok, not bad. We had a room with a whirlpool tub. Could have used more than three whole towels for the shower and bath combined cause I got in the whirlpool more than once. The bed mattress for this king room left much to be desired. Otherwise it was quiet. I’d like to not it was a Monday when we checked out, place was far from busy but they only granted us and extra 30 minutes when we asked for a late checkout. Mind you we’re Choice Hotel members and got that room for free with points we earned from staying at Choice Hotels. We use hotel stays as opportunities to get away from the dang house, kids, aging parents so it would have been nice for hotel management to recognize repeat customers of the parent corp.
