Budget Inn

We got a double bed room. The first bed the frame was broke. We tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk the phone didn't work. The remote for the tvs didn't work and the TV in the lower room with the second bed wouldn't turn on. The ac didn't work to well. Finally went to the office and the lady came to our room and argued with my guy about the bed frame being broke she literally raised her voice and didn't even fix any of the other problems but told us to sleep on the other bed. She was very rude. There was cigarette holes in the blankets and sheets.

I had paid for a two night stay for a friend. The manager 19 year old son made a mistake and my friend in a double room instead of a single room. The manager comes in an see my friend in the wrong room and put him out. He son told her he didn't remember. Instead of checking my friend story out they just put them out. All we got was an apology. No discount or anything. I was very upset because his receipt showed he paid for two nights. I will never go to this location in Upper Marlboro again. I was very 😡. They broke some others rules too. We ask the son if it was going to be a problem he said no.

Staff was very rude. Would not replace room key. Room and bedding was dirty. Check out is at 10:30. The staff are dirty and have no communication skills or professionalism. The local police officers don't even like them. Will never spend money there again. In no way shape or form was this stay a convenient or cozy one. And the place is swarmed with drug addicts.

Should have known it was a joke of a motel when I saw it. Bathrooms on the two end rooms flooded the house keeper is lazy bed were dirty and have burnholes in them!! Not a clean place whatsoever. Paid for a week and was miserable the whole time. No phone signal and no wifi so i couldnt use my phone AT ALL UNLESS I WAS OUTSIDE!! Not a place kids should stay I don't know about the bed bugs or mold I haven't seen it personally but the cleanliness was deffinetly not up to par

My door latch got stuck, and the door did not stay shut. ĺ was on my way out and the hotel staff was helpful but asked was I coming back. I still had my hotel key so of course I was. I had an uber waiting and because the door would not close I was charged a wait fee. I was at the door waiting for the uber so I wouldn't be charged extra.
