Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery East I-85

Very nice stay. Workers were helpful, did take a minute to come to the desk. Rooms smelled of smoke when i went in but not too bad hotel smelled nice and was clean. Also fairly hot in the rooms. But overall it’s a good place to stay as of right now if you need a good overnight stay!

Supposed to be smoke free. As soon as the elevator opened, we smelled Marijuana. Elevator didn't work, had to use stairs. Marijuana smell on 2nd floor was outrageous. Dead roaches in room. Numerous ladybugs were around the window. Fire code violations by blocking marked exit in stairwell.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel did not deserve a 2.5 star rating. It is in dire need of a good scrub down and/or renovations. Dirty floor. Dirty furniture. Dirty shower. Trash on the lawn outside. People roaming the parking lot. Unpleasant staff.

Terrible smell in this hotel! As soon as I walked in it was like someone put clove essential oil directly in my nostrils. It was so bad I had an allergic reaction and had to leave. Wow! Never happened to me in my life before that. This place either uses way too much fragrance or had something worse they were covering it with.

Every location is different but I like being in this hotel. I had this the first day after landed in NY. We booked spontaneously while traveling the city late night. So expect it was not cheap rate. They put us on 2nd floor and the lift was not working.Good that we don’t bring our luggage because we just only need to sleep overnight then continue driving. So we just used the stairways going up. The foods are the same standard buffet for this hotel but it is hot breakfast which is good. It is worth though and no need to go out since what they’ve got can make your empty stomach full. About the room, it’s not bad. As what I’ve said, every location is different.
