Sleep Inn & Suites Hobbs

For such a reasonable price, I was surprised at the cleanliness and size of the rooms at this Sleep Inn! It’s quite a reasonable price for what you get. And I was prepared to bestow them a five-star rating. That’s when I discovered the rooms have no soap. NO SOAP! It’s a staple of every hotel room in the world! But not this one. They have lotion, they have shampoo and conditioner. But of all the hotels I’ve enjoyed in all 50 states, all seven continents, and 82 countries, I’ve never seen a hotel room without soap. Hence, such a strange policy dropped two stars off what would have been a glowing review.

It was alright. Employees were very kind. Amenities and room needed improvments. Had to go to the front desk to use the exersize room, but the back door opened without use of my room card. Shower head definitely needed replaced. Hair dryer did not work, and fridge did not have an adjustable tempurature control and caused our beverages to freeze. Staff acknowledged the issue but I was told they do not have maintenance personnel to fix the issue. We did have someone clean the room daily, which is rare these days. Again, 5 stars for the staff, friendly and as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately, the hotel does need some improvments and updates. If you just need a room for a night, it will do the trick, but I cannot honestly recommend this hotel for the multi-night stay my family booked fo

This is a nice clean hotel. I have been here for 4 weeks on a contract job. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always have clean towels and linen. The maintenance man is always painting and beautifying the building. The pool has been cleaned and painted and they put clean water in the pool as needed. I could go somewhere else but it is so nice here. Breakfast is ready every morning and is fresh and taste good.

I am currently a guest here and plan to be for the remainder of the week. So far the staff is polite and helpful. My first night was fine until early this morning when somebody was SLAMMING a door for some reason. Today when I returned I noticed a room window open with the screen removed and a large laundry bag with some other items sitting outside the window. I thought "thats shady", and told tye front desk clerk. Then I came to my room, on the bottom floor and the 1st thing I did was check my window. Well it was UN-LOCKED ! So now I dont feel safe at all. I had to go back out to my car for something and when I did, the person in the room with the open window was putting their bags in the room. When I came back in to the hotel, I told the front desk clerk "that person is moving in

My husband & I are currently staying here with our baby for a couple of weeks. Our stay isn’t over yet, but I wanted to leave a review now anyway. I just want to share how outstanding all of the front desk staff have been. From the minute we arrived to check in, they have all made us feel so welcome & they are so extremely helpful & just so nice. They go above & beyond to help with anything you need & answer any questions you have. We have had a wonderful experience here & we’ve continued to stay almost an hour away from his job site because of this! We had originally planned to stay the first few days & then stay somewhere closer to my husbands job once rooms were available. Our room was clean & ready upon arrival, the rooms are spacious, they offer free breakfast with plenty of options,
