Sleep Inn Newberry - Crane

Really nice hotel relatively speaking. It wasn't that big of deal, but we didn't get any room cleaning service. Breakfast was pretty good, rooms were nice, and the outside grounds was kept very nice. I would stay there again.

Staff has always been professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in (223) was not as clean as other rooms from prior stays. There was hair from a previous guest on the floor. The shower had mold in the lower corner and had some sort of grime on the lower side of it. Also, the shower doors were not cleaned and were water stained. There were no extra towels under the sink and the restroom only had one out of three lights working. Additionally, there were ladybugs on the walls. The room darkening shade was torn and should have been replaced.

Our family was displaced by a flash flood and so we came to stay at Sleep Inn while our home was being remediated. |Amy went above and beyond in customer service and treated our family and pups so well. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean! We are so thankful for the great service!

No hot water. Air was on instead of heat. Floor needed vacuumed. Ring around the inside of the tub. My sister and I did not take a bath ,or a shower. Continental not great. Gravy too thin. And food to cold. And we felt rushed.

Too much drama with workers. Always someone complaining. Workers showed up in pajamas. Not very professional. Not all were bad but those that were, were and ruined it for others. We had a meeting and wanted to sit in conference room to take call. Three of us all guest. we asked if we could sit there and was told it was a 75.00 charge. Three of us 75.00 and were didnt need equipment, didnt need help, just wanted to close the door so that we wouldnt hear the noise of lobby nor would we need to go in someones room. All three of us stayed 2 weeks with bills just over 2000 each and we couldnt sit in conference room....may not ever stay at choice hotels again. What a bad taste it left with us. Elevator broken for days. We were on 4th floor with tools, laptops and luggage everyday
