Price is right most of the time Right across the street from Lake Atlantic and though it is older its still in a safe area

Be sure to be nice to these people, they are very very nice. If you go stay there be sure to say hello to your room service attendant. He's the best. Pam and her husband are so friendly . I loved staying here.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. We were worried, based in the price, that it would be other than clean. We were pleasantly surprised. A fine place to stay at a good price. We give a thumbs up!

This was an off the wall visit for us. Checked in at 2 am while traveling through. Photos have descriptions. Front office smelled awful and our room was $45.95 even though advertised was $30.00. We were told we'd be charged a $5/hour rate for every hour after 10 am checkout. Beds had stained sheets/pillow cases, furniture missing handles and mismatched, carpet horribly stained and though there was No Smoking, the room smelled like smoke and an ashtray was provided. Bathroom towels had holes, soap was from other hotels in the area and no shampoo available (must be purchased at a store offsite), no landscaping, upper level was closed and we weren't sure why. Furniture had burn holes, questionable stains, door wouldn't stay shut to room unless using the chain lock and door was difficult

First off, for $168 a night you’d think it’d it would be a little nicer. Well, it’s not! Not only that we saw 4 roaches 4!!! I was able to kill 2 & the other one got away! I asked them if they could at least discount the room, they legit said no! Just tried to have us switch rooms or give 100% refund IF we left! Which we did! The lady is rude & just as nasty as the rooms! The only one who was professional was the husband! Lady tried to give me attitude & no receipt of proof of refund! Honestly just spend the extra $50 & get a nicer room!
