i was about to book this hotel and then I read the reviews about the bad conditions of this place and elevators issue. I called the hotel and got transferred to engineering department and the lady told me the same excuse others wrote in 2023 about the elevators being "upgraded to newer fancy ones and should be done by end of 23 going into 24", well it is now 8-30-25 and they are still not done. If you work at the hotel I hope you read this and know that you just lost a customer, his family and all the money I spend for lying and the condition of your hotel

Unsafe & Poor Service – Avoid Circus Circus Stayed here with my kids and regretted it. West Tower room was outdated, shampoo dispenser empty, and housekeeping never came back. On the first night, my truck was broken into in their parking lot—window smashed, items stolen. Security offered no help beyond telling me to get cardboard for the window. No secure parking offered, no urgency to assist. Never again.

I got what I paid for. It was a place to sleep and exist when not doing things outside. One of the cheapest strip hotels means cheap service. 2 hours for towels after two calls and walking down to the desk where we got attitude for asking.

We booked through expedia, they charged us $76 for something, we came to check in and there is a $100 deposit fee. When you also first come in the building the force you towards sales and vouchers. We paid over $226 in just room fees, not even the hotel rooms. Rooms are old, dirty, and even stuff is broken. They charge you for a “Resort fee” BUT IT ISNT EVEN INCLUDED! It’s $70 to get in the resort, and they charge a $50 fee for it. 3rd time editing this, it only gets worse, they don’t even include a good wifi speed 😂 <5 mbps for free wifi is crazy, nothing runs stable at that. You have to pay for wifi, which the speeds are still not even good. $20 wil only get you 20mbps! I have travelled across the us so much, and have been to 20+ countries and I have never seen such a bad hotel. DON’T

Worst spot to stay in!!! DO NOT STAY IN SKYRISE TOWER NOT WORTH IT POOL ISSNT WORTH IT DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY !!! (Review on pool, under circus circus pool) We were on the 24th floor and they have 4 elevators servicing 30 floors!!! Getting into or out of your room was a disaster halls full of people trying to get down or up into elevators!! The elevators that did stop were filled to the door. My family of 6 (kids under 11) walked down 24 flights of stairs after waitting for the elevators for 15min the family before us had already reached 40 minutes waiting for an elevator!!! (They had a stroller & wagon so couldn't take the stairway) Stairway smelled like week the whole walk down !! This is ridiculous!! You have to input the floor your going to in a pin pad and it tells you what elevator
