Good inexpensive hotel. Clean no insects. Not the Ritz but it's affordable. Management responsive when I had requests. Good TV.

The front desk person was friendly. The parking lot has a ton of people with nefarious intentions. It is kind of scary for a small town atmosphere.

Room was clean. Front desk lady was very helpful and nice and got us a good deal on the price...Wasn't very rushed to get out and very understanding being a few mins late to check out

My business partner rented a room from this location, got settled in the room and attended our event. Upon return, his card key did not allow him entry into his room. He unfortunately had to stay the night in his truck outside the location because his belongings were in the room. We both called the front desk throughout the night and by surprise never reached anyone. This morning we wake up, and found through another guest at your motel, that staff does not work through the night and that they would be in at 8am. This was not explained to him during his reservation nor posted anywhere. Terrible customer service, terrible assistance, overall terrible. Sad that this is the business conducted in our lower valley. I can only imagine if he was a person that needed to take medication before bed
