Airport shuttle stopped running in the afternoon, took an Uber to the hotel. No real check in area, just a desk in the back of a smoke filled casino with a not very outgoing or friendly desk clerk. Charged $46 resort fee (pool was closed, no shuttle available, refused to credit us the fee.) Hallway was dimly lit and smelled like too much febreeze was used to try and mask the smoke smell. Bathroom was dingy. Pillows were tiny and felt like a pillowcase stuffed with dirty laundry. Mediocre breakfast for two at Denny's was $50. Checked out right after breakfast and went elsewhere.

Service was mixed. I asked for a fridge in the room and was told by the desk clerk my room didn't qualify. But a few minutes later a different clerk (probably the manager) said it was OK and had it sent to my room. On my last day I wanted to change a $20 bill for tips and the cashier in the shop downstairs refused. Told me to use an ATM. I went to the cashier (long walk) and ultimately barely made the 10am free ride to the airport... Overall the room was pretty good. It took awhile to get the temperature right (the thermostat says it controls the air conditioner/heater but I doubt that is true). My computer couldn't link to the WiFi so I had to use my iPhone to connect my computer to the internet. The TV channels were not great so I rarely watched anything. Shower was good in te

Stayed here for 3 nights in room 1000 or 1001, the first room you come across after the front desk. Which I liked because it means fast access to casino, pool, and parking. The hallways wreaked of weeduh unfortunately. ||Room was clean and tv channels were clear and plenty. Even though it's in a busy hallway and the hallways wreaks of weeeeeeduh the room was clean, smelled clean, and was quiet. ||Pool is quite nice but there are no towels provided there so you have to go to the front desk to get towels. Ghetto people also take over the pool with their speakers and make their childs birthday party into something we have to deal with but that was just one night and they were friendly and one of the uncles offered me a shot but still I just wanted some peas and quiet. The pool and hot tub ar

This is my Oasis away from the strip. You can usually get a room on hotels.com for about $50 to $60 a night including the resort fee. The parking is free. There are plenty of eateries around. They just opened up Denny's which is 24 hours. The rooms are older styled and the carpeting could use some cleaning. Just bring some house shoes to walk around in. For the price and and the amenities like the pool and jacuzzi and fitness room, you can't beat it. The customer service is great. I never have a problem checking in or checking out. It is a local hangout and it is in the area where you may see some homeless people but that doesn't bother me. They're just people like you and me. The music is like '80s and '90s r&b so if that's your vibe then you should enjoy gambling here. I saved the best p

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I like it because it’s quiet and not a lot of people. The parking is very easy and convenient. The only thing I did not like was the smoke smell at the casino but that’s expected. Once you get to the rooms, they are very good. Shout out to Shanna and Martha for accommodating us an extra night and kept us in the same room. Also, my husband had a prayer rug and he placed it on the counter and Martha kindly gave him a plastic bag to protect it and told him it’s very important to keep it clean. I was very impressed by her. Thanks for your wonderful service, will definitely be back next year!
