Awful nightmare experience. The place is inhabited by drunkard nosey maniacs. The place needs to be demolish. The Maintenance issues are countless (mold, electrical, plumbing roof leaks even after "the repairs"). Manager, Kevin Barlow doesnt care. He sits in the office the entire day listening to gossip from the bleach blonde woman that works for him and the senile tenants that live there. Parking is tight. Often feels unsafe. Minded my own business. Never complaint. The hatred, mischief and evil will consume you. They will keep your entire deposit, no matter how clean you are. No matter what they say, if you are a decent educated person this place is not for you.

I have been here for 2 months. Manager is helpful, friendly and attentive. The apartments are clean and a great value. The view is wonderful and the pool is in great shape. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful. Love it here

Offers alot of space especially if there is a need to stay longer. Very need and clean looking and it had a kitchen area as well but I remember seeing not surprised about how big it was to even have a separate area like that and the location is very close to a lot of venues and great restaurants centrally located if you have to walk anywhere that stores nearby

Worst place to stay at in the state of Florida, leaks all through the concrete roof in every room during the hurricane and hallways, the place should be condemned. We thought we were going to die during the hurricane and the place is run by a bunch of Misfits that should be behind bars and no regard for someone's life or safety. They say they will fix something if you go to them but they never do. Code enforcement is after them as well. Please be advised about this place to stay as far away as possible from it and never EVER go there. Also, instead of Beach Haven Inn it should be renamed Bed Bug Inn. If you want to experience an apartment just living this place for one day and it's equivalent to the TV show naked and afraid. This place used to be good when Doug, the original owner, used to

Sitting out at the pool, relaxing with my familt until dj started with the music. Asked to turn down, as to loud to have conversation. He twiddled nobs,but had to leave. To loud. He told us to sit back and relax.
