Silver Hills Campground

This is our 3rd year coming here and we love it. The location is great and the staff is always helpful. My only complaint is it seems like the grounds have really deteriorated. The grass was so dry we actually had a little fire from the bon fire embers. Our dogs were basically laying in the dirt. The grass used to be lush and green. We did notice they aren't watering on a regular basis and longer so I assume it was too costly. 😕

I’ve stayed at Silver Hills many times over the years! Love the growth, with still being able to camp in the original part where the trees are big and also the newer side with concrete pads and full hook up! Fun to ride bikes throughout, love the pools, arcade, splash pad and playground. We have definitely taken advantage of the pizza and ice cream on site. We camp here to be on the dunes but with the beautiful campground and amenities, it’s now even more an all around great stay!

Our third experience/stay at Silver Hills and it did not disappoint. We like it because it’s clean, quiet, and well managed, and can accommodate large RV’s with full hookups. The staff has always been excellent and helpful. This trip we managed to arrive on a pizza night so we texted in our order for a homemade 4 topping pizza which made our evening easy since ‘we didn’t have to cook’. The staff delivered right to the site! Was a great pizza and another great stay at Silver Hills. We are a retired guests, however, appreciated the family amenities including the waterpark, pools, arcade, firewood delivery, and trash pickup daily! We also did use the very nice laundry facilities. Extremely clean campground! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. They have the cleanest bathrooms and showers! Beautiful buildings and grounds! Very easy check-in and check-out and the staff is awesome! The pools and splash pad were open when many other places in the area at this time of year were closed!

Very nice, well maintained, level slots, and easy access to utilities. We did a 3000 mile trip in Sep-Oct during the off-season. This was the highest priced RV campground during our trip.
