Great location steps to the beach access 10. Less than 1/2 mile to the village with shops and wonderful bars and restaurants. Rooms are very clean beautifully decorated. Fantastic pool/hot tub. Owner Paul, terrific to work with.

Our third visit. We just love it there; convenient to the beach, nice pool and hot tub, most kitchen items, comfy beds and an easy walk to the village. Paul has all the beach toys (umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) with a cart to carry them in. We have two 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit. Never felt crowded with other guests. Huge grill with a full tank of gas was great! Thanks for another fun stay!!!

This place is one of a kind. It has everything you need. Our family rents out the entire place every couple years. The location is amazing...right by the village and beach. The rooms are clean and bug free!!! Paul is awesome; he is very attentive and really goes out of his way to make your stay the very best.

We had a great experience renting a 1 bed/1 bath condo directly across from the public beach. Less than a 5 min walk to the beautiful quartz sand with a perfect view of the gulf from the sun room. The condo had everything we needed, bed was comfortable with plenty of towels and kitchenware. Would definitely rent here again!

The location of this rental could not be a better. It’s about a 1 mile walk, if you take the beach, to siesta Village. It was such a beautiful walk we never took the trolley. Right across the street is Beach access 11. This is a less congested area with lots of room to spread out. The owner of the rental was always available and easy to communicate with. The property manager Val was so sweet and was always willing to help. This picture is a view from the sitting room in the rental.
