RCC Rentals of Siesta Key - Rad’s Cozy Cottage

My family and I stayed at RCC for Spring Break 2025. It’s a beautiful and updated ranch-style home, within a short walking distance to both the Siesta Key village and beach. The home is beautifully updated with hard wood floors throughout and nice furniture. It includes 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill full bathroom. There’s also a half bathroom, full kitchen and washer and dryer. The backyard includes a saltwater pool and putting green. Marko and Kellie are great hosts and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Our second time staying here with our family of five! We love this house and will continue to come back! Easy short walk to beach, market, shops, restaurants. Private pool and dock on canal. My kids love fishing off the canal. The cutest beach house with many rooms to make it feel private for family to relax and retreat. The backyard is a little oasis with pool, mini golf and outside shower. Many thanks to Rad’s cozy cottage!

I wish I could give more than an 5 star review. What an amazing home! Home is equipped with so much for your stay. Very clean and well taken care of. Located very close to the beach and the Village which makes everything convenient and in walking distance. Home is cozy and beautiful. The outback pool area was our favorite place to be after watching the sunset on the beach! Hosts were great with communication. This was our first time in Siesta Key and it will definitely be a vacation to remember.

I am a frequent renter of vacation homes all over the US, and, bar none, this management team has exceeded my expectations in offering a home ready for everyone and in its exemplary service. This 2BR/1.5BA home has a period-perfect exterior, painted in cheery light aqua with white trim, an attached garage chock-full of sports equipment (kayaks, bikes), beach/pool toys and accessories, and a super fast clothes/towels dryer. What a gem! The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It was modern and decorated beautifully! The amenities were fantastic including the pool. The location is perfect in proximity to a market, shops, and restaurants. The owners were super helpful during the booking process, very accommodating, and made our visit easy and enjoyable. We will be visiting again!
